"Came in for silk press w/ Tenesia, the environment was very nice and welcoming 10/10. However, once I got to the shampoo bowl the stylist wash technique was not good, my hair tangles easily and she literally started scrubbing my hair all over my head aggressively while shampooing, I’m already knowing it was going to be rough process to detangle which it was. Second, once she was finally done detsngling and blow drying the amount of passes she did on my hair during my silk press was ridiculous. I walked out of the salon smelling like my hair was fried, I have gone to stylists where I walk out and my hair smells good like the products. Anyways, I keep the silk press in for about two weeks and go to wash it out, y’all, when I tell you my curls would not even revert they were strangly. I reached out to the stylist and was told that it must have been the products that were in my hair prior to my appointment and to try a few treatments. ??? My curls still have not reverted completely."
