LL Flooring

"Customers beware! I’m not one to leave reviews often, and if I do it’s usually positive, but this company has horrible customer service. We had new flooring installed approximately two years ago. Absolutely no issues with the installation. They were punctual and professional. Now, about two years later, we have several areas of the floor that is coming unglued and cracking. We’re still under warranty and have called more than 10 TIMES to have someone come out and assess and fix. They keep giving us the runaround and no one is calling/emailing us back. My boyfriend has talked to them several times and they “escalate the case” but never respond. So frustrating! We’re understanding people and easy to deal with. It’s taken long over a month of no action on their part for me to finally leave a negative review, but we’re still not giving up on them fixing our floors."

"Store staff was great- they get the star for the rating. Job took 5 days longer than they said it would- not done on time by a long shot. Did stairs last, my guest were home up, upstairs for two days smh. Was told I would get a refund for labor if I did the pre-reno. I did 1200 sq Ft to include old floor and carpet. All but half of a small bathroom was completely ready. They charged me anyway(see bill). They charged me for my 3 days of work smh. Asked for a step to be covered- they said no problem, nope, guess they decided not too. Contractor yelled at me say “lady, we can’t do your job when you were told it could be done… I don’t know why you are upset with me.” They sent one guy (great guy)… he wasn’t told he needed to do steps but the supplies were there. Broke a toilet. I had to pay 175 to fix it. They left the second one unfinished- and pretty sure there was several labor laws broken, but I won’t get into that. Store said corporate would contact me…. Waited a month, got a voicemail…. Called back 12 times, no call to me as of yet. This is a shady business at best."
