"Salon Riviera is the worst place to get your hair done on the Northshore. First they screwed up my friends hair and made her look like a skunk. When she went over there to ask for her money back, they called her a liar and refused to refund her money. Then we went over theretogether and told them that she was very upset and wanted her money back. Kristi was the rudest person I have ever met and claimed that she had no reason to give her money back and continually called my friend a liar. Eventually my friend did get her money back for the shotty dye job, but a few minutes after that I received a call at my place of employment asking to speak to the manager. They were actually trying to complain to my boss about "causing a scene". Well the whole situation could have been avoided if they had done what was right and refunded her money and apologized. Calling someone at work the threaten them is pathetic."
