This however meant nothing to the staff at the Northside Dr. location of The Vitamin Shoppe as they continued to decline a refund for my purchase."

"Went on Memorial Day to pick up an online order. I arrived at 5:58 they closed at 6 the door was locked already with a customer inside. The gentleman on the phone formed a letter C with his hand. I said ok I will come back tomorrow. Went back the next day walked in. Wasn’t greeted no biggie. Maybe she was busy even tho was inside. The young lady had her back to me and never turned around to acknowledge me even after I initiated conversation. I said hello I have an online order for Amanda Ray and she looked for my order and handed it to me. She didn’t smile. She wasn’t pleasant. It wasn’t a bad experience it just was an experience. That I never have to have again."
