"Michael was phenomenal with my nails. I got dip on my natural nails. I’m unsure if the top coat was the correct one because I went under the light. And it appeared to be gel top coat, which I don’t love on top of dip. It takes away from the “healthier” option of dip. But the visit was very pleasant. They were extremely friendly. Unfortunately, I do have issues with my toes. I haven’t gotten a pedicure in almost a year due to an accident, leaving an open wound on my foot. And it caused terrible in-growns. Well having surgery to remove them didn’t help. They started growing back. When asking Trin to trim them, she did not. It was honestly one of the worst pedicures I’ve ever had. She was way too gentle with everything from trimming, scrubbing and massaging. She just cleaned up my cuticles and then trimmed my ingrowns down and tucked them back under the skin. OUCH! Hannah attempted to cut them down but they ended up even worse because now I have to dig deeper to get the rest out. They were just trimmed back from poking my skin. Business picked up after I got there, so they were busy so maybe it just wasn’t their best job. I know this is not a standard pedicure step, but I would have rathered not get them done at all. Because damage control is worse now. Currently at home digging them out. I really wanted to return - but will only go back for nails with Michael."
