"The girl that did my pedicure was very nice. I did notice that she was not experienced and she said she had only been there 3 weeks. She used cold water in the foot bath which I had never experienced. She said she didn't know why it was cold. She did a good job on my nails. She asked which service I wanted and named off the different pedicure options. I chose the classic and then found out nothing comes with it like it does with every other nail salon that I have used. So I opted to pay the $50 for the bubbles service. She said that included the sugar scrub and hot towels. This is always included everywhere I have ever been. So, she did the treatments and brought the hot towels out. I could see the steam and was excited for that. Well, she waved them in the air several times even as I told her that I liked the hot towels. By the time she placed them on my legs and feet, they were lukewarm at best. What a disappointment as this was something that is only offered if you upgrade your service. She finished with my pedicure and she did a good job. However, when I was checking out, she proceeded to tell me that it was $50 for the pedicure, bubbles treatment PLUS $30 extra for gel. I have never, ever, been charged extra for something after I was quoted a price. I think this was extreme and hidden. Unfortunately, I will not go back and will continue to go to my regular, wonderful salon where it is $50 for a gel pedicure and everything is included along with other perks."

"I came in for a manicure and asked for ombré nails. The service wasn’t bad they were super nice. But the nails were not it, I paid $90 the nails. And they are splotchy uneven and left with tons of imperfections. Definitely not ombré."
