"I have finally given up on this place. Due to it's convenient location for me I've visited 4-5 times over the past year with the belief that next time would be better. After todays visit I'm convinced that will not happen. Paid for a "Deluxe pedicure", their words not mine. The chair did not work properly and it was the absolute worst pedicure ever. I have always left 25-30% tip, maybe hoping the next time would be worth their prices. I complained to the lady still working on my friend who did not get the "Deluxe" to no avail. When I went to pay my attendant appeared from the back to get paid. I left her no tip and told her why. She offered no solution. I went home and used my wal mart pedi supplies."
