"I had the most delightful experience at the Sally's Beauty store in Picayune. As soon as I walked in the door Stacy greeted me and offered her assistance. She took me straight to the aisle I needed. At first we didn't find the size/style brush I needed. Stacy asked Tamara about the type of brush we were looking for. As we discussed options Tamara located the exact brush I needed. I was impressed with the friendly customer service I received. They showed genuine interest in helping me. Thank you Stacy and Tamara."

"I was looking at one color for my daughters hair to get it as close to her natural color as possible. The employee ( very nice) suggested I use another product. Said it would be less damaging. Tried it and it turned it red. Went back and she said yeah that she was told that product pulls red. She suggested a different developer but the same color. I said wouldn’t it still be red. She said no it was the developer that made it red. So I listened to her. ( still very nice) She also suggested I use some drops that gets the red tones out. Mix it with the color and can also mix it with conditioner. Tried that. My daughters hair was even more red. Called to tell her what was happening and the manager spoke to me she said she would be there when I came back in and she knew a lot about color. I brought my products back. They said I was mixing it wrong. ( box says 1 part color 2 parts developer I followed the directions) they said no it’s suppose to be 1 ounce color 2 ounces developer that’s why the drops didn’t work. To shorten up the story. They ended up refunding most of my products. The girl said that she never said that it pulled red. Manager suggested if I didn’t like the color it turned I should stop buying the same color. She said in 365 days I had purchased that same color numerous times. I asked her to print out the receipts where I purchased it before she said I can’t do that. She didn’t want to give me back my original receipts either. She said I didn’t need them. Called corporate to get a payment history of how many times I purchased the color in 365 days and guess what. It was the 2 times that the girl suggested. Not numerous times. I’m heading straight to the salon from now on. Trying to save time and money did not work out at all. Lesson learned. I guess we all need to carry a recorder around for all the “I didn’t say that’s.”"
"Im not coming back here. Went in the other day and was followed around by the employee working. She was the only one working and I was the only one shopping. I told her I didn't need help. Im looking. Aka-LET ME SHOP IN PEACE. I WILL LET YOU KNOW IF I NEED HELP! She took her clipboard and seriously came and stood in front of the hair toners I was trying to look at. Just stood there looking at her clipboard, ALL IN THE WAY. I put my stuff down and walked out. I go back today and thankfully when I walked in, same employee is busy with another customer and I am able to grab the stuff I need in peace. Im still debating in my head if I need anything else when the other customer leaves the store. The employee comes straight to me and asks me what Im buying. I am super short with her, trying not to be rude, and tell her Im getting toner. So she wants to know what kind of toner and if Im leaving my hair the color it is. I AM TRYING TO SHOP IN PEACE AND HAVE GAVE ENOUGH HINTS TO LEAVE ME ALONE. I WILL LET YOU KNOW IF I NEED HELP! I just told her Im ready to check out and walked to the register. She asks for my phone number. I give it to her 2x! Then she asks if I want to join the sally club. I say no and she says then I don't need to give them my phone number when I check out anymore. SHE ASKED ME FOR MY PHONE NUMBER!! Then AS IM WALKING OUT THE STORE, she asks if I want my receipt. Why didn't she give it to me with my change? If I wanted it, I would have asked for it when she failed to give it to me with my change. Even if the products aren't good, I wouldn't walk back in this store to even get an exchange or refund. The whole experience was just weird. I'll drive a town over to go to Ulta for now on."
