"The full time staff...... very helpful and knowledgeable. The part time guy..... not so much. Walked in on a Saturday morning. Asked the part time guy what sheens he had in the cashmere lines. He says he had no idea and would have go in the back and check. I stated as a sw salesman he should know the answer to that question. His excuse for not knowing was that he was PART TIME. I then stated the fact that I’ve been shopping in this store spending lots of my money and my customers money for 6 months and have noticed he had been there at least that long and he should undoubtedly know the different sheens in a certain product. Then this individual calls me rude.... I stated that was just his opinion. Lol.... then this awesome salesman says he doesn’t care what my opinion is..... WOW!!! I would imagine as a salesman for a multi million dollar company would value or care what my opinion is...... geeeeez!!!!!"

"Well the curbside service is pretty much useless. The employees don’t know what powder coating is, and are unwilling to help you find any. One seemed to be more interested in getting back to the counter with his buddy. Also during my second trip he proceeded to give me his opinion on what he would not use on my application. Thanks a million D.S"
