"I had an appointment to get a set of nails done, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. They didn't clean or push back my cuticles, and I had to ask another staff member to reshape them because they were uneven. Despite being quoted $45 over the phone, I was charged $75 for small designs, which wasn't what I had requested. The nails didn't last even three days before they started lifting, and within a week, two of them came off completely. Disappointingly, I had to go elsewhere to have them redone a week later. Additionally, two of my friends who also made appointments experienced similar issues, including delays in starting their services. Overall, I would not recommend this nail salon."

"They did a refill on my nails that were done by another salon. Asked the other salon for gel not powder and with it being my first time I did not know the difference I just asked for what my sister had told me, in coming here I found out the other salon did powder. The service was great. They have a breakdown list of the prices. They took great care of both my mom and I. Very meticulous and gentle when dealing with out nails. Very helpful absolutely love this place. Was told one price over the phone and was charged for that price. Love this place and will be back when I am in town."
