Wonder Cuts

"I'd give a zero if I could. Brought my grandson in to get a hair cut. They butchered his hair. They are the worst ever I'll never go here again. I suggest you go elsewhere also. The hair wasn't even straight it has big gaps in it. My grandson is so upset."

"I went to wonder cuts yesterday because we were on a trip and we wanted to get a specific haircut. The ladies name was Angel and she was very nice. And the place was very clean. We showed Angel a picture of what we wanted and explained that we want it to look just like this. My son does parts in small movies and we’re always scared to get his haircut because nobody listens. For the most part anyways. We asked her if she wanted to see the picture or hold it in front of her and she said no. We asked her several times to please leave the bangs long like in the picture. She proceeded to cut the hair. Again, this lady was very nice and very soft-spoken respectful. But the haircut we got was nothing like what we showed her. As a matter of fact, she cut the bang so short . I do not understand why people in the haircutting business, never listen. They always want to do the haircut that they want and not what the customer wants. Maybe they should take the picture and look at it several times. And then when we told her that the bangs were way too short, she said it’s because of the part. The part has nothing to do with you cutting the bangs as short as possible. I will admit that the haircut is a nice haircut, and that she was skilled. But when you go to a place for your hair, and you show them exactly what you want, why does it never look like it?"

"Do not go here unless you want to deal with rude workers both in person and on the phone. The lady botched my son's hair. I asked for 2 different sized clippers on his hair, and she went all over with one size. He went from long curls to military cut- not what I asked for at all. His hair is uneven. There was no blending. I got to a point where I wanted to get out of there. Another stylist was on the phone and straight up rude with her tone and how she spoke to the person. They have lost business and I hope no one else brings their money here to have their kids yelled at."

"My husband and I went,to get our hair cut today. Have been here many times. Erin the hairdresser went off on my husband spoke to him very rude, he got up and left I was already being taken care of by I gathered to be the manager. I was so humiliated and embarrassed for him and myself. Both of us have worked many years in the customer service industry and he is a very polite gentlemen. They have lost my business for good. Will never go there again and will warn others to stay clear, manager sent Erin home. Makes me believe this was not the first incident with her. Definately not the place to go."
