"They are not very friendly when you go there even the owner she’s not very friendly either any of the employees they are not friendly. When you walk in the door they go to speak their language looking at you like you coming in there to rob the place or something They make you feel uncomfortable but when the other people come in if you know what I mean or they make them feel very welcome they don’t even offer you a bottle of water but I won’t be going there anymore to spend my money with them because they’re not the only ones that do good nails. They have a lot of places out here in Slidell that does very good nails they put polish on it, that they put polish remover in and a polish is chipping in in a day or two"

"Customer service I’ve been coming to this nail shop for over 2 years… I never experienced rudeness until they hired new workers. One of the employees kept jerking my arm and when I explain to him not to jerk my arm instead ask me to extend my arm he begin to have a nasty attitude. A couples of weeks later, I go back to get a refill I explain to the owner that I don’t want that worker doing my nails. To me it seemed as if she had an attitude but I brushed it off, and thought my be I’m tripping. Fast forward to today when I came in she made a remark to the worker that jerk my arm and they laughed. As a customer who has been coming there for over 2 years I can most definitely see a change in customer service. It’s constantly attitudes and side remarks. I wouldn’t think that an owner would not indulge or condone in that type of behavior. I can honestly say I won’t be back. I won’t be spending my money at a place where ignorance is tolerated and how you allow workers and yourself to have attitudes with customers especially when they are paying you for your service."

"I went with my wife, because she really wanted us to go together. I'm not gonna lie, I enjoyed soaking my feet in the warm water and a jet massage. The potions and lotions, the nail trim and cuticle grooming were as nice as you can imagine. The scrub, at least to me, was a tickle torture. The hot towels felt so good, I wished that part lasted longer. With all that said, it just isn't for me. BUT, I definitely have to say that MV Nail Spa treats you with such impressive tender care."

"the salon was clean. I like the shape of my nails. my issue is that I made an appointment for me and my wife, and we had one nail tech between the two of us while five other nail techs just hung out. the other employees didnt get up untill walk ins came in (and weirdly enough, no one else had to share a nail tech). our nail tech did not wash his hands, and did not ask us to wash ours. he used the same files and drill bits on both of us. Our cuticles we're not cleaned up, and we got no lotion to deal with the dryness after getting them finished. I asked for simple nail art, basically a modified french tip with a second thin line under the tip. he free handed the whole thing and did no cleanup, so the lines are very uneven. the pic with matte nails is what I asked for, the pic with the long nails is what I walked out with"
