"They take EFS but don't provide lumper receipt and brokers are cutting from the freight rate. The facility is not picking up the phone"

"All trucking companies take notice. If a receiver charges any type of late or reschedule fee they can be held liable if you are in a crash while hauling their freight. If you are involved in a crash that is caused by fatigue or speeding because you had to avoid a late or reschedule fee please let the law firm that will be suing you know about the late fee. They will add the receiver to the lawsuit."

"First time at this location. Has nice big lot to maneuver and easy to back into docks. Was able to get in and out quickly. Two guard shacks at entrance but no one in them so went to office. Look for door with a ramp next to it. There is a sign on the door with partial letters for receiving."

"Customer service is lacking, seriously. People over unloading had us wait 9 hours to get unloaded. We run teams so all of our loads are early.
