"Me, my cousin and her 2 daughters went in to get cuts, the cut their hair with no problem and left me to sit there until I said something. Then while my cousin was having a permanent put in, the lady Holly told me to tell my 9month old daughter to be quiet because they had other people there having spa day and wanted it to be quiet. While she herself was being very loud laughing and talking. We spent 225.00 there and my child couldn’t sit in a chair and make noises to herself. She wasn’t crying or throwing any type of fit."
