"My daughter got a full set of acrylic nails with white painted tips and I was charged 85 dollars!!!! 85 dollars for a set of acrylic nails. I will never go back to this nail salon. I told them they need to update their sign because their sign says an acrylic full set is 35 dollars and they said well thats what it was. They completely ripped us off and they could care less. What happened to honesty. I'm so disappointed in this nail salon. I have been here multiple times and I have never in my life. 85 dollars for a full set of nails. Never again!!"

"would give 0 stars if i could. This place will rip you off beyond. They do not translate well and will charge $10 just to cut your cuticles and will cut you. I called and asked about chrome nails they said $75 i get there and ask the lady she tells me $75 i get done and i get charged $90. I went there a few months before that and same thing happened but i didn’t think twice this time i did. I will not be back and will recommend everyone not to visit this place. Not to forget the $90 nails looks nothing like the picture i wanted."

"I visited the salon today for a manicure and pedicure. This was my second visit. The technicians had a discussion about who was going to do my pedicure in front of the customers. Hanna the owner was doing a manicure and didn’t intervene, she just came over and ran the water for my manicure while they decided who would do my manicure. The salon was not busy so several of the technicians were available. Then the person that did my pedicure did my manicure. I informed him I wanted a dip manicure like the one I had on my nails. He completely disregarded what I wanted and proceeded to do my nails. When he started to put acrylic on my nails I stopped him. Hanna came over and said they don’t do dip and what I had on my nails was not dip powder but acrylic. She was very rude and not interested in listening to what I had to say. I just wanted to get my nails completed and get out of there. I have never had my nails done like they were done. I was not happy with the results. Then when I received my bill it was outrageous. My basic pedicure with gel polish Was $65 and my acrylic manicure with a glitter powder on part of my nails were $52 for a total of $117. I moved here from California and have never paid this much for the services I received. This is gouging. I will not return to this place again."

"Went today I was the first one at the salon. I specifically requested and told Hannah I wanted her to do my nails. She totally ignored me. So the guy did my pedicure ( he didn’t do a good job at all). So, another guy did my nails ( not even what I requested). I‘m just done with this place. Been coming here for years; but not anymore. $170.00 wasted."

"Very good experience. I have been faithful to another salon (Regal Nails-McComb) in the area for 2 years but since it has sold to different people. The quality of nail care has dropped drastically. I have found my new Manicurist."
