"Went in for a $15 trim of my bangs and walked out with a $60 charge, if that isn’t predatory pricing I don’t know what is. I don’t have any qualms about paying for a service rendered but that wasn’t the case. After Tori was done trimming my bangs, she asked if I’d like her to wash my hair, to which I said “if you want, you can”. Not once was there any mention of an up charge or price difference. Not sure how anyone can justify a $45 up charge on a $15 visit. The lack of transparency in pricing was extremely misleading and deceptive. Would not recommend as taking advantage of clients is the norm here."
