"Long time Noggins client; Kez in particular. Kez was out today and her client, my daughter, was given a fill in, Amy. Due to traffic, we were 5 minutes late and called the front office to say that we would be 5 minutes late and she said she would let the stylist know. Because of that, there was no wash and style because there “was no time for that”. At the end of the cut there was no one waiting. She simply did not want to have a client. Period. She did a dry cut and put heat on her hair with no products. The energy from the stylist was so bad. Obviously, based on previous reviews, this is a well known problem that Noggins defends and doesn’t care to rectify. After reading the reviews that share my very real experience, I am sure there will be a strong defense. The facts are this: I was charged $64 for a horrendous haircut, by a subpar stylist with a bad attitude and poor communication skills. We are at another salon now getting it fixed and everyone and their clients are shocked at the poor quality of the haircut Amy did. I knew it was, bad, but didn’t know how bad it was until a professional showed us and then fixed it. The service and cut was so bad that it feels like sabotage. Now that I know that Amy is a senior stylist with Noggins and surely can do better, I am certain it was sabotage. It worked. We will not be back."
