"While the inn itself was easy to find and access, staying there was anything but. Upon arrival we find our rooms toilet is clogged and won’t flush properly. We were given a plunger and told maintenance wouldn’t be there until the following day, having to use the toilet across the hall. Which itself was dirty, had no paper towels and in the morning was covered in pee. The shower was handicapped accessible and when used, didn’t drain well and flooded the bathroom and into the hall. If drama is your game, this is the place to go. Employees were yelling at each-other from about 9-10:30pm loud enough to be heard from or room."
"If I could give this 0, I would. The rooms were absolutely DISGUSTING, the hallways were absolutely littered with garbage like they haven't even vacuumed in literally weeks, the entire place smelled like terrible body odor mixed with Marijuana and the sheets had stains on them. I tried to check in 30min. Early and as soon as I walked in, I got yelled at being told I had to wait. I had no issue waiting but I did have an issue with getting yelled at. Also breakfast is NOT provided. I left at 0700 and breakfast wasn't even a thought in their mind. I wouldn't send my enemy here. Worst hotel I have EVER been to, and I travel frequently."
"It's a smoke chamber. The whole corridor and room was smelling like cigarettes. I had to buy the glade room freshener and spray 3-4 times in my room to make it bearable. No extra toilet paper rolls, no coffee machines, no milk for coffee, no hot water, nothing was there in the hotel to give positive rating. I stayed for 1 night there just to relax a bit while going to Atlanta. Don't stay here and I would not recommend it until you are a chain smoker."
"Staff were unavailable upon arrival and departure. Room was dirty, beds wrinkled and sheets stained. No coffee pot in room. Bathroom had no toilet paper, we ask, received 1/4 roll. Location was easy access, reason chosen. I have heard they are a fair bargain and clean. Fair bargain... absolutely. Clean....not by a long shot. When we went to check out, requested a receipt. Desk clerk had to be located and kept saying her computer would not let her long in. Offered my business card to have the receipt emailed... amazing it suddenly logged in and she was able to print....sketchy! The condition of the room made me decide breakfast was not a good idea."
"If I could give no stars, i would! We stayed here during our trip trough the US. What can I say? Don't book this Hotel! Go somewhere else! At check-in the receptionist was very rude, also her phone was more important than her customer. We stayed here for one night, and it was the worst night I ever had staying in a hotel. When entering our room immediately we could smell the Mold, it was visible everywhere on the ceiling. After 5 minutes I already started to feel sick, also the towels had blood on them, and you could definitely tell the rooms where not cleaned on a regular basis. After reporting this to the receptionist (someone else) she was very helpful and let me choose another room which was available (this one was completely the same with less Mold smell) Another experience which I never had in my entire life was the number of "unknown" persons that are walking around in and outside the hotel, I’m quite sure they were not staying in the Hotel but they where just looking for a warm place to hang out. Also, if you have a room in front of the hotel you will experience a lot of noise from people that are "chilling" in front of the Hotel. Do yourself a Favor when visiting Vicksburg and go to another hotel. (also, if it cost you a little bit more money) I would urgently advice the management of Red Roof Inn to shut down this Hotel and proper renovate it (or at least clean properly) before welcoming customers here. Yes, it is an unexpensive hotel but also unhealthy."
