"I was not happy with the quality of service I received. My lashes came off twice within 3days. They did try to make it right though and reapplied them. The older gentleman working there did my nails, they were terrible. I only wanted gel polish, not dipped nails. He applied the polish all over the place. My cuticles were painted over and on the sides of my fingers. They also charged $30 just to apply gel polish. He also didn’t like the color I chose, so he asked me to pick a different color. After choosing a different color I liked, he didn’t like the color after I had them painted. Then he decided to add a coat of glitter over the top of my color. I wasn’t happy with the service, however, they are nice to their customers."

"Tim was great with the pedicure- the girl he had working with him that day was apparently not wanting to be there. I didn’t have a wonderful review to type in today- Tim is great with his customers and very friendly but the work was not as good as I’d hoped it would be. This girl ran through our nails pretty quick and it looks like she didn’t care how the color went on- it’s there and she was done. My daughters nails look worse than mine and not even 24 hrs later my nail chipped it’s paint picking up a cabbage at Walmart. If I decide to go back I would let Tim do the nails— not the girl he had there. I don’t know what her name is, but she had two boys with her and she was more concerned about them than doing a better job (granted kids come first, but maybe next time leave the kids at home)"
