"This is truly the worst pedicure experience of my life. The nail tech cut my toenails SO short and uneven. Filed back and forth for so long until my nail bed was aching. Had to ask 3 different people to get the specific color I was looking for, and then the tech started doing tips when I asked for a regular polish. Also was $50 for a regular pedicure. I mainly went to get the dead skin scrubbed off the bottom of my feet, but the guy barely scrubbed at all and mostly filed my nails until I was almost in tears. Do not recommend."
"Decided today that I would go get a pedicure done at The Nail Lounge and that was the biggest mistake ever. I have been self conscious about my toes since they were damage in my wreck. I literally got the bare minimum of a pedicure. As well as many cuts around my toes that caused so much discomfort while receiving my service. The tech after ringing me up just walked away. So I asked “do I get lotion or oil on my feet” One of the workers said that “I must wanted a massage”. No I want the service that I am paying for. I paid and tipped. But I will not return."
"I found this place after searching for salons open on Sunday. I saw that they took walk ins, so I thought I would try them out. The guy that acknowledged at the door was not too friendly with his responses. After waiting a while, a nice lady working the bar assisted me. We had a nice chat and she did the gel fill I asked for. By Tuesday, the gel on 8 of my fingers were gone. This place is much higher than other nearby locations. I really had high expectations but was very disappointed. I do not recommend."
"My nails look great! They took an appt at the exact time I needed. The tech was sweet and funny (Latosha). I always have a great experience."
