"My wife and I got an 80 minute couples message while we were visiting Jackson. The message was very good but the reason I give it 3/5 is because the price is extremely high. We paid more for this message than we paid for a couples massage on the beach in Hawaii. Literally. We were surprised by the price because they told us a price over the phone but it turns out to our surprise that was per person. I feel like it was misleading to give us the per person price when we were obviously paying together. Good message, absurd price."

"Fantastic spa! Stephanie did wonders on my neck! The sauna and shower afterwards were really nice. There is a 22% fee tacked on in the fine print. And only a very small portion of that (18% of it) goes to your masseuse, so remember to tip on top."

"The vibe is super chill. They are very nice and communicative. There are showers, a sauna, a relaxation room and free water. Melissa was very nice and understanding when I came in complaining of a migraine, and helped my muscles relax. You are also given a locker, robe, shoes and wash rag. There are also other amenities available in the restroom and relaxation room. Will be returning in the future. You can make a solo or couples appointments as well. There is also free valet service. Will not go anywhere else for such wonderful care."

"I recently visited Soul Spa for the first time during a visit to Jackson and was happy to experience this type of spa in the area. It is inside of a hotel but has a separate entrance if preferred. The staff was courteous and attentive and very area of the spa was clean and very serene. The dressing room includes lockers, restrooms, showers, and a sauna. The robes and slippers were comfortable. I was able to relax in the relaxation room prior to and after my massage service where I was served tea and you can have light snacks (as well as order directly from the hotel bar/restaurant). Overall a great experience but the reason for my rating is that the massage room was very cold and thus not comfortable or relaxing. I alerted the masseuse who also agreed even mentioning that her hands would be cold because of it - when she checked the thermostat it was 65 degrees in the room (during a winter time visit to the spa). Although the massage table was heated I was nearly nude and thus very cold during the massage session. The masseuse attempted to change the temperature but it did not rise during my session."
