"I’ve been going to this place for YEARS and today I was so disappointed. Firstly, I have gel on my toes and asked for a maintenance pedicure with no need of a color change. It was so much commotion and confusion about what I was asking when it was a simple request. Secondly, when it came time for my dip manicure, they almost argued with me if I meant “acrylic” since my natural nails are longer. Very insulting to my intelligence. I asked for chrome, but only wanted it on certain nails. The technician then began to paint my nails white. I told them “there’s no need” to do that for chrome. I could tell they were talking about me because everyone in the shop came to gather around to see. Little do they know, I’ve been to cosmetology school so I know what I’m talking about. Honestly, I think this was their least experienced crew because everyone kept asking questions about what to do next. I understand everyone needs to learn, BUT I can tell that the “regular” crew was off for the holidays."

"I’ve been going here for about 3 years just this year alone the deluxe pedicure went from $40 to $45 and I went in today and now it’s $50. They aren’t doing anything extra to your feet, not understanding why is the fee steady going up. But I bet I will be going back to Jackson next time for $35 pedicure. The people are nice don’t get me wrong but come on . It’s overpriced"
