"If you really want to have at least a decent set of nails don’t go here. I got there a little after 12 on a Wednesday afternoon and was the only customer in the shop. The woman behind the desk took about 2 mins to get off the phone and greet me. She finally told me where I could sit but later decided to let her sister do my nails because she was too busy on the phone. Her sister greeted me and was nice but did a terrible job on my nails. You would’ve thought she was new. She knew she messed up and kept going. I’m having a black owned shop fix them tomorrow. Never going back DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!! I’ve never seen nails so short that it doesn’t go past the top of the finger"

"I received a gift certificate for $35 for a pedicure for mothers day and they didn't even rub my feet. Happy mothers day to me. Its sad what this world is coming too. All people care about is a dollar."

"If I could leave no stars I would. My wife went in when there were 2 people free and was not even spoken to. I have worked in the service industry for YEARS I don’t care how busy you are you can SPEAK. She was looking for a new place to become a regular customer but I guess she just needs to continue the trip to ZaZas where they treat you like a PERSON instead of money.. I had read 2 bad reviews before telling her to try it and I wish I would have listened.."

"It wasn't busy when we got there and Im kinda wondering if it is because of how long they took to do one manicure. Normally I'm uses to only taking 20-30 minutes for an acrylic full set. But here it took 45 minutes to an hour. Although it seems the nail technician was paying very close attention to detail. More so than any normal technician I only ended up with a decent manicure. Also I find it concerning that my nail technician didn't wear a mask only because she spent so much time filing and shaping my nails. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're going for a quick trip to the nail salon."
