"I have never been so disappointed when i got there the lady did my nails in 15 minutes that same night i broke one nail the next day i went back and they were so rude not wanting to fix it. The next day two more broke and after the third day this is what I’m left with these nails were popping off like press ons. Please dont waste your money like I did."

"I used to come here all the time. I used to brag about this . I got full set and chrome nails charged me $95. Which turned out to be frosty nails. One coat of polish . Biko hand washing or sanitizer. Very dark and gloomy nail stations. This is very bad. The whole experience was very bad"

"Asked for dip nails, wanted to cut down growth from the last time I had them done and wanted to keep the same shape and just change color. They were rude from the moment I walked in, then just started doing my nails and didn’t do anything but shave them down shorter and slap a new color on top. No shaping, didnt grind down the dip from last time at all so they are super thick now, there’s dip spots stuck to my fingers around my nails most of which I picked off already. He also only did one layer so I can see through the color on the end of my nails hah. He told me to go wash my hands and when I came to sit back down so he could finish he was standing at the register and just looked at me and said “$35”. I’m not a needy person and don’t expect perfection and if they’d been nice I probably wouldn’t even post this but this was awful. I’m a pushover and didn’t say anything but this all was in less than 20 minutes so I was kind of shocked and just walked out after paying without saying anything, so that part is on me but I hate confrontation of any kind. They aren’t awful from a distance but up close….ooooof."

"Every time I go to get my nails done and get the same service they up the price. First they charged me $50, the next time $55, and this LAST TIME I Went in to get a fill in with gel polish they charged me $67. When I asked why they keep going up for the same service; the lady said because of the length of my nails. It’s just a bunch of bs. Then on top of that one or two of my nails end up breaking and I have to go back and get them repaired. I’m never coming back here. If you decide to get your nails done here be sure to get a confirmation of the price you’ll pay for whatever service you get because when it’s time to pay they will tell you another price and come up with a bs reason for that price!"
