"Yesterday (10/17/2023), the lady who helped me was so nice and helpful. I bought some flat irons and some wrap scarves. When I got home and opened the flat irons, I realized that the flat irons only have one setting, which is 450 degrees. Not wanting to burn my daughter’s hair out, I looked at the receipt to see if I could return/ exchange them. The receipt says no refunds, exchange only. I took them today (10/18/2023) to exchange them. There was only a guy there. He didn’t greet me upon entering, he only stared at his computer, even after I told him that I had an exchange. I went back over to the pay counter and then he came over to help me. He asked what did I have, and I told him that they were flat irons. He said they don’t exchange electrical items. It’s not posted anywhere in the store, and they don’t tell you when you purchase, so beware: THEY DO NOT EXCHANGE ELECTRICAL ITEMS."
