"My girlfriend and I have been using Allstate for some time now, but we recently had an issue with our renewal that led to our account being immensely overcharged. We've always used the online site, app, or customer service representatives to handle our policy changes, renewal, etc. We contacted our local agent (Robert Dean) to have the issue fixed and his support staff went above and beyond. We were assisted by Michelle Pelkey. She was able to process a refund for the extra charges incurred on our account, adjust our policy to suit our needs, and give us valuable information regarding our policy. We can't thank her enough for everything she did and we look forward to her assistance in the future! Thanks so much Michelle!"

"If you need renters insurance please use All State. They have really good prices for coverage of your property and benefits. Customer service is awesome and if they are not available they will call you back and take care of anything needed"

"Their rates are decent, but getting them to give you a quote is like pulling teeth, without anesthesia. It doesn’t matter if you express an urgency, call everyday or email everyday, because they assure you while on the phone that they’ll be sending the documents to you as soon as they hang up, but I often find myself waiting weeks to get the requested information. I’ve also had issues with them not answering my calls. On several occasions, I’ve called the office only to have my call go to voicemail, yet if I called back from a different number, my call gets answered. I’m to the point where I feel like I need to change insurance companies, because based on the service I receive, I don’t feel like a valued customer."

"Very disappointed. Took two weeks to get our new coverage after we closed on our new condo. We were told the day we closed we were covered, but 2 weeks later come to find out the paperwork hadn't even been started and we had no coverage. My husband is a retired insurance owner and he is appalled at this understaffed company and the way it is run. He called, left a message for the owner and never received a call back, this is unexcusable and unprofessional. Thank God a hurricane or fire never happened in the 2 weeks of no coverage. Would NOT recommend this All-State office to anyone go to Gulfport for insurance coverage!"
