"The woman working at the store today (I forgot her name sadly) went above and beyond for me on a recent online kayak purchase for pickup in store. I purchased it over the weekend on westmarines website for pickup in Pensacola, the Pensacola store was unable to get it but let me know Biloxi had one. I called the Biloxi store and the woman that helped me, got the order cancelled for me, walked me through reordering it to their store, marked it as sold to me and had it ready for me to pick up. As soon as I got there today, she knocked everything out so I can get the kayak, made sure everything was included and then helped me get it loaded up. She was awesome"
