Winn-Dixie

"Well, this is the black eye of the Winn Dixie chain. After parking and walking up I learned the "in" door was closed so I had to use the "out " door. I figured no big deal. Well, I learned it is closed due to lack of staffing. After grabbing a few items I waited in a long line to be forced to check out on the self checkout register while 2 employees stood there watching. No open registers. Listen, if I wanted to learn how to use a self check out and fight a register I would have gone to the terrible Walmart across the road. I won't be back and I'll understand why this store fails."

"Winn Dixie used to have some great BOGO deals. But not so much anymore. Prices seemed higher on many items. Milk,eggs, cottage cheese, meat and produce compared to Walmart...but I would like another place to shop that doesn't break the bank."

"Very nice grocery store with a large produce selection. There is a got deli with ready-made items to go. The cost of items were more expensive. Butter averaged around $4.50 per pound."

"Coming from California to Mississippi this is the closest thing to a Safeway that is available out here. Their product is fresh and offers a fair selection to choose from. Prices are decent and they keep the store well organized and clean."

"I'm from Texas and they took all our Winn-Dixies from us 20+ years ago. Coming back today brings back memories, but honestly this store is ran very well. Very clean with great selection, lots of sizable displays without clutter. This store is impressive! Items on sale are readily available and in stock up front on displays for the customer. If I had only one little tiny negative, it would be the cashier trying to push joining membership on the app, but doesn't detract from the experience. You have a great store."
