"I have to say that Ethan Topper, the manager, is awesome and I hope his employer doesn't let him ever leave. I've been smoking since 1987 and I have been trying to quit the last month and I went to another location for the vape and all because it was the first place I saw. I really wish I had went to Cloud 9 first. Ethan discovered that I had been given the incorrect coil for the type juice that I need to be able to quit smoking. He explained to me how everything worked and helped me find a flavor that I liked with enough nicotine to make it easier for me to be able to quit smoking. If you want to quit smoking and are worried about the withdrawal and everything that comes with quitting go see Ethan and he will make it easier than any other way there is to quit."

"Everytime I walk in they greet me and ask if I'm looking for anything in particular, people are super knowledgeable and friendly and they even cleaned my yocan uni mod for free, if I switch to actual vapes and not disposables this will be my go-to shop"

"If you are shopping here for something specific that's hard to get, you have to arrive early. This was the line to get in the door an hour before it opened. (***This is because of the exclusivity and popularity of some of their merchandise, not because they're slow.***) While waiting in line, some of the other patrons can get rude or irritable. Aside from/in spite of that, and if you are shopping for anything that is easier to keep in stock, this is a fantastic vape store. If you're a beginner, the staff is very patient and professional and have no problems walking you through getting everything set up correctly and explaining the differences in the products and they're extremely helpful all around. If you've been vaping for a while and don't require assistance, the staff is very quick and efficient and you can be in and out in no time. They also have a large variety of stock priced decently."
