"They always have what I need and I love the mobile feature where I can place and order online and just go in and pick up. I'm always greeted upon entering and asked if I need assistance when I'm browsing."

"The employees and the manager, Shun at the I 55 north location are so unprofessional. I call up there and one employee told me I had 5 days to pick up my order. He said after 5 days then it goes back. Well I ordered on the9th and today is the 14th. This is the fifth day. So when I looked online it said I had already picked it up, so I was confused. So I called to see what was going on and the manager, Sean told me after five days they go back. So I was like OK that means , it go back tomorrow I’m up here now to pick it up. The manager, Sean, he is very disrespectful, he got loud with me, Saying no, it went back today, so after we went back-and-forth a couple of times about what he had said ,I walked away from him . He went to the copier area and discussed what we were talking about with the employees very loudly and didn’t care if I heard them or not. They thought it was so funny. Very unprofessional. They do not ever have to worry about me coming back there."

She asked customers to feel free to use the self services areas if they want to for faster services She was well knowledge of her job and provided me with some helpful ideas on my project.
