"My experience here was not bad nor was it very exciting. I will start off with the environment inside. The restaurant is very spacious and the decor is very fitting for the style of food, they get a B+ on that. The house salsa is above average on taste with some spice to it. I believe it is the right amount for the average family. The white queso is delicious but not the best in town. The restaurant seems to have a portion issue with some of their plates that I ordered, with the price attached to them I expected a little more on my plate. The food was better than other Mexican style restaurants in Covington and Mandeville but not the best. You shouldn't have much trouble eating here and enjoying a small meal with your spouse and or family. The wait time for food wasn't that bad either and came out hot. The waiter I had did a good job at being attentive to our table. Better than most places I go to eat. (The rice on the dishes left much to be desired.)"
