"I want a refund the facility was absolutely disgusting. The towels in the bathroom were used already when we got there along with the toilet having feces in it and the lock being broken on the door, we asked to be moved they charged us $16 then the next room was in poor shape as well, the sink faucet came off the vanity into my hand when I turned it on. Another issue I had was my bag being left at the hotel, when I called they said it wasn't there we drove back to the hotel and the bag was missing but a few items were scattered about in the same place it was left, the front desk initially said it wasn't there but another patron said it was there just a few moments prior to our arrival the front desk clerk told us he couldn't do anything and that we'd have to wait for the manager the next day"

"I had a horrible stay at this location due to the fact that one of the items in the room wasn't working properly. I reported to the front desk and waited for maintenance to come fix it for approximately 2 hrs since I had only checked in at 3. The receptionist was horrible and she seemed quite lazy. She eventually changed our room which didn't fix the issue so she came down and fixed the issue which was simple cable on the television. She made the beginning of the weekend quite regretful and had an attitude."
