"The cashier cetta lied and said someone was the manager and he told me he wasn’t he said he told her why she said he was the manager she was not helpful at all I brought some shoes on the 20th I was able to bring them back on the 25th bc I was working so I didn’t have time to bring them back the next the shoes was not comfortable so I didn’t want them told me I couldn’t returned them I will be bringing my other shoes back which $80 that day , my first and last time in the store after I bring the others back , no good services from cetta or Carlos"
"this place is way way overpriced on shoes. unless it is on some type of clearance or half price or by one get one free it isn't worth paying regular price for their shoes. we got a better deal elsewhere on name brand shoes! skip this store if you can...the rest of the mall was great. kids had a great time."
"Though I was not unhappy with my experience at Shoe Dept Encore I was floored when I told the young man waiting on me that wearing his mask over his mouth only was not doing anyone any good. His response was “yes ma’am I know”. I know the government is mandating the wearing of masks but if you’re business is going to follow government mandates them you should definitely have an in-service with your employees training on how to wear them. Just a waste of money for PPE if not worn correctly."
