4th Avenue Lounge

"First off I'm not leaving this review to bash this business, hopefully you can learn from my experience. My wife and sisters took me to 4th Avenue Lounge 02/24/2024 to celebrate 33 year around the sun. (God is good) They got us a 10 person sectional for the night. (Paid in advance, prior to the date of 02/24/2024) We arrived there around 11pm, and had to wait 30 minutes in line even though we paid in advance. It was 45 degrees that night. No big deal, they're just doing their security thing. Cool, so it's 11:30 and the whole group has made it past security to the host desk. The host informed us that our section that we paid for in advance was forfeited due to our arrival time. The hostess was callous in her delivery of this message. All that was done was that we entered the lounge for no cost. Had to stand in the middle of the lounge walking area. We didn't get the champagne bottle that came with the section. A refund was not given to us and We still ended up buying three $190 bottles of whatever liquor because they put the liquor in a clear vases. They're somethings that could been said prior to making a reservation that could've stop any issues from happening. Integrity is a strong peeve of mine. It speaks volumes about a person, a place, a item, or idea. The young lady at the host desk displayed very little in that regard. I understand that we all have bad days but that is no excuse to not be compassionate and professional at work. Im not bias to any one business but accountability is key for growth. I definitely enjoyed my King's holiday with my family and friends but the night could've been 100 times better"

"The environment is friendly. As someone who was invited as a guess, I was pleasantly surprised. With all of the negative press Jackson, MS receives, this place is one of few in the entire metro Jackson area that has such accommodations. The interior design is relevant, comfortable, inviting and exquisite. I look forward to the next event there. Oh and yes, safe, absolutely. When I existed there were officers outside the door as well as walking within distance."

"It’s good overall, but the workers are underpaid, “ Don’t work here if you want to be stable and keep your mental state intact” people are good but Victoria fires people she does not like, for no reason and pretends like “they don’t work hard enough” so again DON’T work here. AND WORST OF ALL…. they put WATER in the alcohol."

"The atmosphere was amazing. It was my first time and my wife and I had a great time. It's not to many places in Jackson you can go feel safe and have a good time but this right here this is it. From now on when I fly home from California, I have to hit 4th Avenue Lounge."
