"ZERO STARS. The management at the Walgreens Pharmacy in Hazleurst, Mississippi is horribly ineffecient. The staff are very nice and helpful but they appear to be disorganized and poorly led. When one is waiting to have a prescription filled, and said one is the only one waiting, and three to four staff are shuffling meds and one staff working the counter, why should one have to wait dang near an hour to have said prescription filled? Not very efficient at all."

"This is the worst Walgreens ever! I’ve lived in six different states and I’ve never been to a more disorganize, filthy, rude store in my life. There is trash everywhere in the pharmacy, employees handle infant medication barehanded during a pandemic. I cannot express how much hate I have for this particular store. They pushed out the other pharmacy we used (rite aid) and we have been forced to use this abomination since. The pharmacy is the cherry on top. You should never have a pharmacy handle medication barehanded and without a mask spreading their germs all over people’s medication. I will be calling the authorities on this pharmacy for mishandling of medications. Something needs to be done."

"I am very disappointed in the pharmacy. Never have prescription on hand and have to make a few trips. The pharmacist is not professional. After 3 months had to change to another pharmacy to someone that treets you as a person and not a number. They will run your blood pressure up."

"I have never had a problem with Walgreen, the staff has always been friendly. I just refilled some prescriptions through the automated system and after I finished I was put through to an employee, she said her name was Lorraine. She was asking for all of the prescription numbers and I told her that I have 5. I asked her if it would be easier if I gave her the patient's name. She had enough nerve to say to me " if the patient is a medicine". Wrong answer, wrong day, wrong patient. When I finished with her she apologized and tried to ease out of it but it was too late, the fire had been lit. I don't feel I should have to deal with a smart mouth employee. Like I said everyone I've ever dealt with has been nice and professional but Lorraine, well that's a different story."
