"Very poor customer service! Sat for over 30 minutes waiting on a shoe. The employees never came from the back. The manager (I’m assuming) continued to yell she was closing the store at 7:50pm. I asked her if they were coming out with the shoe and she had an entire attitude! How do you have an attitude with a customer when the employees aren’t doing their job? Completely ridiculous! If I didn’t sit there for 30 minutes, I would’ve walked out."
