"I had to buy a suit today in order to even have a chance to have it ready for a function I'm attending soon, and am hard to fit as well. Just want to pay compliments to Flo, who met me at the door, calmed me down and assured we could get everything done in time, and then fit me with a great-looking black suit. I think I saw her tinkering with promo codes trying to get me a better price also, and then gave me a delivery date that leaves plenty of time to get it pressed. Finally breathing normally again. Thank you again Flo - much appreciated."

"I had my groomsmen get suits from Jos A Bank and send the suits to Colorado where my wedding was. One of the suits was accidentally sent to this location (communication issue by groomsmen, not Jos A Banks fault). Flo went above and beyond to get the suit to Colorado by my wedding date, which was 1 day away. She closed the store, drove to FedEx and UPS stores to overnight it to us. She was amazing! Flo is a true professional and her customer service was the best. Rock star employee and a bright light at Jos A Bank."

"A joke. I ordered and was sized for a tux for a wedding 4 months ago. Arrived to pick it up 48 hours in advance like I was told to do and it was not there, nor was there any record of me getting sized 4 months ago. The manager argued with me about reimbursement for failing to accomplish my order 4 months prior. Never got a email or text about confirmation for 4 months. Zero recommendations. Go to Kinkades in ridgeland instead of this awful representation."

"Ms. Crystal was absolutely wonderful! She provided exceptional customer service. I called the store to inquire if they had my son’s size on the shelf and she assured me that they did. When we arrived, she had already pulled every jacket that they had available in his size and had them laid out for viewing. The time and effort that she saved this tired momma is priceless. Thank you! The store is very clean and organized they have a large variety of sizes available (even big and tall) and they carry a variety of clothing (I was expecting suits only). The prices are reasonable too. I will be back."

"The clothing selection is good. However the customer service is lacking. Was not greeted upon entering the store. And had to argue with a sales clerk that my online order had arrived at their store location. He kept telling me it hadn't, called customer service they said it had, only to call back to them "miraculously" finding my jacket. I get it, mistakes happen. But let's not immediately greet the customer with suspicion. Little more respect"
