"Dr. Rose put porcelain caps on my daughter and didn't seal them correctly. I paid out-of-pocket 3k and after a follow up visit to show him the discoloration and that it wasn't right, he refused to fix them stating nothing was wrong. Just a few weeks later her tooth broke off. The assistant said they did xrays and all looked well. After getting a second opinion the new dentist said the xrays would've shown the decaying tooth under the crown and a procedure to fix it would've saved the tooth. Dr. Rose assured me that if there were any issues he would take care of them (immediately after surgery), yet he refused to talk to me and had an assistant call me back to make excuses. He is not an experienced dentist and is not thorough at all with patients. Beware."
