"Extremely disappointed with the customer service. I have been reaching out to best buy for over 2 weeks after being told I would receive a response to a complaint within 24 hours. Their phone service hung up on me when I told them I wanted to file a complaint. They sent our package to the wrong address, even after we told them where to send it. They sent us an activated credit card after we asked them not to, it was stolen from our mailbox and we now have $2000 of charges for things we didn't buy. No one has been replying to my emails."

"Best Buy is a staple of the tech retail community. If you need headphones, computers, TVs, surround sound, or even appliances, they have it all. That said, their prices for accessories are extremely high. I've walked out on a number of occasions without buying anything since I can get items like network cables for 1/3 the price or less. Last weekend I went looking for thermal paste. The one I needed for a GPU was $27 at BB, and $6 elsewhere. It's ok to pad the books - just don't fleece people."

"A young man by the name of Damian was so knowledgeable on all the components we were looking at. He taught us so much about each and every item (3 thousand+ $ items) that we were inquiring about. He went over and above in helping us every step of the way. We went back the next day and looked for him specifically and delivered again his expertise on the other items we purchased. He even told us about deals, rewards, and packages that were not advertized. Excellent representative of the company Best Buys!!!!"

"My recent trip to best buy was not what I hoped it would have been. I went in to purchase some new Samsung earbuds an after speaking with one of the guys and the kiosk I was told where to find them and that he would be there to help me, after standing where I was told to I watched the same guy finish with his customer and then when there was no more customer he proceeded to pace back and forth in the kiosk area. As I waited to be helped 2 other best buy employees walked by me and didn't offer help either and I watched both of those guys walk up to other customers and ask if they needed help with anything. I ended up just leaving after about 20 minutes."

"My experience with Zack was very pleasant and informative regarding the computers, however my experience with one of the front cashier's was horrible. I needed to purchase a laptop bag and a charger and he was not pleasant and was very much in a hurry. I even asked 'wow are you in a hurry', and he grumbled yes I am. I said are you getting off soon?, and he stated 'No I'm just biding my time'. I did speak with Zack who stated that he would pass on my complaint, I didn't find that to be believable. Everyone can don't work in public. If this is the case it's better to seek employment elsewhere, rather than offended and making customers feel like he made me feel. 'Lady just pay and go'.
