"Had this a few times before and really liked the wings. This time it is horrible. The wings look and taste like wings you buy out of the grocery store freezer section. Don't bother adding ranch or blue cheese to your order. You'll pay for it and never receive it. I'm disappointed because I wanted this place to succeed but you'll be better off sticking to hooters, wing zone or buffalo wild wings."

"It was my first time trying this service from Chili’s through DoorDash and it did not go so well. I ordered 8 wings, just the wings, fried Oreos, and a Coke Zero. When I received my order, the drink cup was covered in soda and it was Diet Coke instead of Coke Zero. The wings were served on top of a bed of curly fries that I didn’t order and at first it seemed like a pleasant surprise. Until I tried to eat one of them and discovered that they were literally inedible. I don’t even know how to describe it other than they simply could not be chewed. The wings themselves were soggy, lukewarm, and barely sauced. Luckily, I ordered a side cup of hot sauce which they actually included and so not all was lost on that front. I begrudgingly ate them and would rate them a 3 out of 10 overall, would not recommend. Finally, I only received 4 fried Oreos out of the advertised 6, which were cold, and no chocolate sauce. Needless to say, I highly recommend against taking a chance on this if you stumble across it on DoorDash."

"Man where do I start with this place? I ordered wings off of their website a while back, and my ordered got messed up. NBD, it happens, so I decided to give them a second shot. Ordered some wings again, and, once again, my order showed up completely wrong. I called them and they told me to call my door dash person and have them come get them and bring them back, and they would swap them out for the correct order. I told them I didn't have time for that, and that I just wanted a refund because I was on my lunch break and had to go back to work soon. They tried to offer me a gift certificate instead, and I refused, because I was already fed up. FINALLY they said they would get me a refund, and that it would reflect on my account in a day or two. Well, a couple of days goes by, and I check my bank account... Not only did I not get my refund, but they CHARGED ME TWICE INSTEAD!! So now they are not wanting to refund me, and I'm going to have to go through my bank and dispute the charges, and get a new debit card, because that's part of that process, etc... All because of some wings... AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!"
