He showed us many potential options and in the end we found the perfect sofa and loveseat for our cabin. Also purchased 3 mattresses for our new build. Very happy with our experience. Would definitely return and recommend him and the store."

"10/28/2023 I will NEVER purchase anything from this business again. Customer service and communication is absolutely terrible. Things were promised and never delivered as explained and fingers were always pointed in other directions without anyone ever taking responsibility. We were never given quotes to estimate delivery time as promised. Never communicated along the way. When I waited after a second weekend for it to be solved, and explained I wanted a refund I was told to contact the location where I purchased it but when I contacted them prior was told their hands were tied and to contact the corporate office. Absolutely terrible experience. Waste of time and money. Highly disappointed. 11/01/2023 Still have not heard from anyone regarding the issues that were faced with the delivery. Even the delivery driver was ready to quit with how frustrated he was by the entire situation of the day. Policy and procedures need to be addressed to properly accommodate situations like what was had on Saturday. Not being contacted just goes further to prove that customer service is not important. Last time I checked going into business was to make money, in the case of this business that is through new and repeat customers. You will not have repeat customers if they are treated this way. It is clear that the ones who run the business now are just concerned with filling their pockets as much as they can and leaving the ones at the bottom to do their work with little in theirs. The original owners were completely different in their values and delivery of product and service. The sales process is nailed down and is a pleasant experience it’s one they get your money that they no longer care. We waited 10 hours for the delivery of a nightstand. Communication would have been at least the respectful thing to offer."

"Furniture is really nice and set up well. Unfortunately, one of the workers was not so nice. When I asked if I could get help moving a piece of furniture (metal divider) she immediately responded, "Who is helping you?" When I told her who it was, she didn't budge and I moved the piece myself. Eventually, a gentleman approached me and asked me if he could help. By this point I had already moved the piece."
