"They don't give you any time frame for the delivery, it can take ALL DAY and they charge a delivery fee for your inconvenience. You have to take off an entire day to wait for the driver to show up. Today it was almost 6pm. We called the office to find out if they were coming out, the office didn't call us back before they closed. They won't send you a bill or let you pay before they come out, you have to pay the driver. This is the 21st century, this can't be how people still do business."
