"In terms of a steak, Texas Roadhouse probably ranks in the bottom tier of all steak restaurants. Their cooks can give you a perfect medium or medium rare, but their meat is so low quality that it stays tough no matter how you cook it. The sides are the same as everywhere else, with the only saving grace as far as food being the rolls with the cinnamon butter. They get an extra star for how nice the service staff are, but if you're looking for a good steak, look elsewhere."

"Well if you’d like to spend $17 on a steak salad and get just a few pieces of burnt steak….here’s your place! VERY DISAPPOINTED! The lady at the to go window was so rude. It took almost an hour to get 2 salads and a hamburger that was ordered on their website. There was literally 8 French fries in the box! My salad is missing toppings.Texas Roadhouse standards have went downhill! So much time to get the order right but it still came out wrong. Called to speak to the manager and got put on hold and no one ever picked up. POOR SERVICE AND QUALITY!"

"This was the first time I’ve been to a Texas Road House and the food was excellent. Each meal was cooked perfectly. Steaks were tender and juicy. Service (Jorge) was outstanding. We had a large party and he didn’t skip a beat. Highly recommend this location."

"I cant bring myself to give 1 star because we have had plenty of good dine-in experiences at this location, but the online order to-go is definitely subpar. This is the second time we've done the online order for pick up, and it seems the quality control coming out of the kitchen is lacking. One to-go box of fries had like 8 fries, and the other had over double that. The ribs barely had any sauce (I guess I should've clicked extra sauce?) And my wife's $22 filet was barely even rare (see pictures with the "medium" pick sticking out of it... maybe she should've ordered well done?)... I dont know what it is with the to-go orders, but I feel like you get ripped off vs. Dine-in service. Idk. Just choose dine-in if you have the time. At least then you can send the food back if it's not right."

"Saturday afternoon around 4. Pretty crowded already. I think there was several ball tournaments going on in the area. We checked in and received our text about 10 minutes later. Walked in as instructed, talk about a cattle call! This part was very disorganized. There is no area to wait that you are out of the way. Management really needs to work on this. We almost left because of how this was set up. We stuck it out. The waitress was awesome and the food was even better. We have never had bad food here, their steaks are the best and very reasonably priced. All the sides are delicious as well. Once you get seated this is the place to be."
