"It's years between visiting with family in the south. I like Krystals sweet tea. We waited in drive thru. Then waited some more for someone to come on the intercom. Only to be told we are out of tea. Like WHAT???"

"We were traveling through Hattiesburg MS down to the Gulf Coast and found a Krystal through Goggle Maps. It was close off the interstate. It was a bit confusing to park as there were no clearly marking parking spots. It seemed like you just park wherever:) the restaurant was very clean. The on duty manager was very nice. He had one of those booming voices, and I joked with him about it. Fun stuff. The food was great and fresh. I love some Krystals. This location didn't disappoint."

"I've always enjoyed their tiny burgers and chili cheese fries. The interior is always clean. The parking lot however is a tank trail. Beware the big pothole coming in."

"The burger patty on my sliders was turning in to mush and seeping on to my patty. I couldn’t finish a slider because the texture and appearance was just so nasty."

"I'm an uber eats driver, and i have had nothing but trouble picking up orders from this place. (At night) I'll show up, get attitude or lied to like my most recent experience. They said my order was already picked up, but they were just sitting in the parking lot talking. I have also seen them straight up smoking the ganja out here, on the clock. Anyways, i pulled up, they said it was already picked up, i got with the guy that's waiting on his food, he said "are you serious?". I told him i would lap back around to get the food for him because there's no way they're telling the truth. I pulled up again, they said their system was down. I said i don't believe that. They said they'd have to drop the wings and it'll take a minute, i said i could wait. I got the food. What is wrong with this place."
