"The older lady named Florence was soooooo amazing!! I had a 6 person order which was super complicated because everyone wanted their own things and more. She was BEYOND hospitable and friendly!! She was able to help me put in my order without feeling pressure or feeling rushed. (I get anxious when making orders) She made the experience a good one and I hope to see her again! Thank you so so much for helping me!!!"

"Worst popeyes I've been to. Order Was Simple. 2 chicken sandwich combos. I received 2 drinks, 2 bags of fries and 1 chicken sandwhich so I sent my daughter in to get the chicken sandwich we were missing and the manager was Rude as hell and tried making a huge deal going at my daughter for coming in for it because They Screwed Up."

"Assistant Manager Vivian has to be the rudest and most unprofessional excuse for management ever. She refused to fulfill my order I paid for. After police in Slidell said they couldn’t do anything the officer went to ask for the missing items and she still said I could not have what I paid for. The entire staff was laughing and followed her unfitting role as a manager. The food I did have was old and burned. Completely disgusting and ended up being thrown away. DO NOT VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! No visible signs of who owns it or anything for customer needs to file complaints or discuss matters that legitimately are theft!!"

"This is the best fast food restaurant I’ve been to yet! I was welcomed as soon as I walked in the door by an employee working hard cleaning up but stopped to welcome me. Was told to be safe by the manager when I was about to leave! And just before I got to the door to walk out another employee hollered out to have a good night! This team on November 28th around 9pm are awesome and home run hitters! This crew deserves some recognition at the least!"
