"This place takes much longer than necessary these days to finish one order and it's always packed. Cars are piled up every time I pass it. The food is no good anymore and I will not be visiting this location anymore or maybe never even visit any location at Taco Bell ever again. Its terrible quality. Grade F meat. It is not really affordable because if you order a chicken quesadilla, they only fill in two of the four slices which leaves me feeling like "What did I just eat? A Piece of paper?" What a rip off! They are also rude and impersonal. Be happy you have a job in this economy, Taco Bell workers. Consider getting a home cooked meal instead, Mandeville residents. Update: I no longer eat here as of 6 months ago and never intend to again."

"They use to be so friendly and efficient. Now it takes over 20 minutes even in the drive through and they "lost our order." Then I had to wait an additional 25 minutes in the lobby for my order. What happened to this place?"

"Inefficient is an understatement. I don't know what happened, did staff change or what? Used to be super fast and courteous, now they're insanely slow, they mess up orders. We waiting over 20 minutes in the drive thru only for them to try and charge us again for a DIFFERENT order and find out our food had never been made. The place needs an overhaul because clearly there is an issue."

"This taco bell is honestly awful. Every-time I have come they simply do not have enough people working to keep the store running efficiently. I’ve gone here multiple times and every time it is the same. I genuinely feel bad for the workers having to put up with this. The line is to the street most of the time, moving 1 car every 20 minutes. When the inside is open (they tend to lock it because they’re so short staffed) it takes even longer to get your food. I placed a mobile order and went inside because the line was so long. It took some time for a worker to come ask me my name, after i told her it took over 30 minutes to get my food. During the 30 minutes 2 people came in and placed an order on their ordering screen and within 10 minutes got their order. They were also out of Doritos taco shells but didn’t mark it as out on their mobile app so multiple people were upset when they came to pick up their order and they didn’t have them. I understand this is not the workers fault and they are doing the best they can but i want to warn everyone that may want to go for the horrible service they’re in store for. Maybe once they get more workers the store can get back in shape but for now i would not recommend it to anyone."

"I recently placed a order thru the Taco Bell online app. The app was very user friendly. I ordered Chicken quesadillas and I have no complaints about the food. Also cannot beat the price. The employees work really hard with always a smile. Management should give them a raise."
