"These folks did me wrong on a chain saw repair. I brought it in to have the primer bulb replaced, which they did, but when I got it back it won't run, and the chain was not tensioned properly. I would expect that when I pay good money to get something repaired and inspected it should be returned to me in ready-to-go condition."
