Smith's Heating, Cooling, and Generators

"I absolutely, 100% recommend Smith's Heating!!! My elderly father lives in Mississippi, I live across the country. Unfortunately, his heater went out during the long, below freezing spell a couple of weeks ago and he called several companies with no response. I found Smith's heating, cooling after a google search and they answered right away. I was pretty emotional about the whole situation with my dad, worried about him making it through this. But they were angels! They sent someone out right away, got him fixed up until the part came in and then as soon as they got the part, they went and completed the repair. I cannot express my appreciation enough for this company! (Getting tears just thinking about my dad's relief, as well as how appreciative I am for them for taking care of him!) Anyway...this is a company I would give more than 5 stars if I could!"

"This guy, as he said, can charge what he wants to and does not have to go by the regulated book. His nephew failed to diagnose a blown capacitor and said we needed to spend $11,000 on a whole new unit. A $249 service call later by another company got our unit up and cooling again. He changed out two capacitors on another unit that weren’t bad and charged is inflated charges. Then, when questioning his charges, he said he didn’t need our business. God bless you Dusty!"
