"SCAM - I ordered from this fake establishment, they took my money but I haven’t received my item!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Phone number listed has been changed to unknown number. Email correspondence was answered one when I tried to cancel my order the DAY OFF. No additional correspondence since that date!! Reported them to the BBB as well,"
"So I just finished my massage @ Massage Envy when I noticed this cute little store beside PetSmart. I did not know what time it opened but it was 9:57 on a Saturday so I got out of my car walked up to the door, it was locked, looked into the window to see the kind of things it had, walked across the side window to look @ the shirts I could see, and headed back to my car. As I got in I saw a young female w/ short jean shorts, cute white shirt, walk up to the door and unlock it. Now idk if I would have bought anything but that really upset me enough to write this review and not recommend it because no doubt in my my mind that young lady saw me. I was very slow because of a recent injury. That told me that she wasn’t interested enough in making a sale to holler at me and say “hold up, I’m coming”."
"I have ordered twice from them before, things were fine with previous orders. My last order was shipped, nothing fit from order so I reviewed return policy and they only accept returns within 10 days, and you get store credit for items. So that’s fine, I called the store to verify my items were okay for refund like they weren’t sale items, etc. The girl that answered, said she would call Reagan (I guess the manager, she didn’t mention) and would call me right away. Never hear anything for hours, and I was trying to get the clothes shipped back so they make it without the 10 day limit (I live out of state). I finally called back and the nice girl said “oh Reagan said she emailed you about the returns” I didn’t receive an email, but the girl on the phone said “ yeah we can give you a refund.” But I asked her what she meant by that because the return policy said no refunds, just electronic store credit. And she said “yeah whatever the online policy says.” So I immediately shipped the package back which was $21.87, I paid for out of pocket. Their online policy says that you get a “e-gift card” within 3 days of them receiving your order, because they have to process the items, which is understandable. But 7 days after they received my items per the USPS tracking number, I heard nothing. So I called the store, Reagan answered and said “okay I’ll try to expedite yours.” I asked her what she meant, because I paid ~$20 to make sure I followed the return policy guidelines (getting them back within 10 days) so I was expecting them to hold up their end of their strict return policy. No one called to let me know it would be a delayed return, I also wouldn’t have paid extra for expedited shipping. But Reagan did not care, she was just trying to get me off the phone, no apology or anything. Then 1 hour later I got an email from someone that said my total refund and my code number. They didn’t say who they were or where they were email regarding, just an amount and a code. So I replied to ask what this was regarding, no answer. But I assumed it was for Coral Boutique. Last week I tried to go through checkout online with the code, it said “code invalid.” I called the store multiple times during open hours, no answer. Now it is letting my code work but will not work on sale items and the money on the e-card will not apply to shipping, even though the items I returned were on sale. Now I have been left with no option but to buy something with the E-card AND pay for shipping. The only shipping option it gives me is expedited which is $8.20. I don’t want expedited shipping, but that’s their only option even though the top of their website says “free shipping over $25” and my order was well over $80 - somehow that doesn’t apply even though I have already paid $20 to send my returns back, now $8.20 to get the new clothes. Makes no sense at all, I’ve lost more money on shipping and returning. I never return things, but if they didn’t fit I wasn’t sure what else to do. It would be nice if they wouldn’t double charge you for shipping or require you to get expedited shipping. The return policy does not state that with your e-gift card you can’t use any other promotions or sale, and that you are required to pay shipping even if you have enough on the gift card to cover shipping. Total rip off. And no one will answer the phone, return my phone call, or return an email. Reagan puts on such a nice front on Instagram videos like she actually wants to sell something but she is terrible with customers, so rude on the phone and won’t answer any questions to resolve anything. I won’t be shopping from here again and have made sure that my friends that live locally are aware of this, they are the ones that told me of this boutique which is why I order from out of town. No one wants to provide business to a store that is so rude, and likes to lie about their policies and charge any dollar they can get."
