"I purchased a dress and specifically asked the owner if I could return it if I found something else for my special event. The owner told me sure, within 14 calendar days. I went to return it and the owner was not there, I was told they only do in store credit. The employee called the owner to ask if she said it and the owner LIED and said she never told me that. I had a witness that heard the owner tell me "sure, within 14 calendar days. The employee was sympathetic and told me I was not the only one who the owner has told this to. BAD BUSINESS."
